Balochi Rug

Balochi rug are high quality hand knotted carpet initially made by Baloch migrants, living close to the fringe between Iran, Pakistan and Afghanistan. About 70% live in the principle part in Pakistan. The overwhelming hues are red and dull blue. The twist is made of wool or a blend of wool and goat hair, more up to date covers have a twist made of cotton.
